RETURN POLICY


1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing items for reasons not due to our error.


3. Process for Returns:

  • Contact our customer service team at admin@bestperformacesupplements.shop or 0423 365 615 to initiate a return.

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
